How to use Milk Frothing Thermometer?

1. Place the thermometer inside the jug and secure with the clip
2. Tip of thermometer should be at least 5cm into the milk
3. When dial reaches the desired temperature, remove from heat.
4. Frothing temperature should be between 65°C to 70°C
5. Never us the thermometer in the microwave
6. Clean with soapy sponge or cloth
