Fiesta

Origin: Coopchebi Coop, Chanchamayo, Peru. 1600-1900 meters above sea level, shade-grown. Permata Gayo Coop, central Aceh, Indonesia.1200-1600 meters above sea level, Shade-grown.

Variety: Blend of washed, semi-washed, cherry dried mostly Caturra variety and wet hulled Catimor.

Roaster’s Notes: Espresso coffee with good balance. Subtle strawberry aroma. Medium dark chocolate with cinnamon berry notes. Sweet, toast lingering aftertaste.

Geisha

Origin: Coopchebi Coop, Chanchamayo, Peru 1500 meters above sea level, shade grown, bird-friendly forested plantations.

Variety: Geisha is an heirloom variety which loves organic growing conditions. The beans are sun-dried to get all richness from the coffee.

Roaster’s Notes: Ideal coffee for filter/plunger & cold brews. Jasmine aroma, sweet plum, strawberry & honey flavour with sweet citrus aftertaste.

Habesha

Origin: Oromia Coop, Oromia, Ethiopia 1550-2200 meters above sea level, birthplace of coffee, known for its unique vegetation

Variety: Blend of washed and cherry dried Yirgacheffe and Sidamo varieties

Roaster’s Notes: Coffee for any preparation. Vanilla chocolate aroma. Rich coffee with dried fruit, chocolate malt flavours and some citrus. Sweet, strong lingering aftertaste

Origin: Permata Gayo Coop, central Aceh, Indonesia.1200-1600 meters above sea level, Shade-grown

Variety: Blend of semi-washed and wet hulled Catimor

Roaster’s Notes: Espresso coffee with big body. Subtle dark chocolate aroma. Dark chocolate molasses flavour with cedar notes. Heavy toast aftertaste

Variety: Blend of washed, semi washed & cherry dried coffee, mostly of the rich Caturra variety.

Roaster’s Notes: Coffee for any preparation. Strawberry, blossom aroma. Lively apricot, almond, cacao, vanilla flavours with citrus notes. Sweet, smooth lingering aftertaste.

Decaf

Origin: Coopchebi Coop, Chanchamayo, Peru. 1500-1900 meters above sea level, decaffeinated with organic certified CO2 process leaving more flavours in the coffee

Variety: Washed blend of the rich Catuai and Caturra variety

Roaster’s Notes: Coffee for any preparation. Very tasty, well balanced coffee where the decaffeination is not noticeable. Brown sugar and blood orange notes. Lingering caramel aftertaste.
