Free Nationwide Shipping on orders over $40*

We deliver across Aotearoa New Zealand to residential, commercial, rural addresses, and PO Boxes.

*Free shipping applies automatically at checkout to all New Zealand orders containing at least $40 of IncaFé Organic Coffee.

Shipping rates

For orders below the $40 free shipping threshold, the following flat fees apply:

• Urban centres in Taranaki (local delivery): $5.00
• North Island: $7.00
• South Island: $12.00

Normal delivery timeframes (as per NZ Post)

Orders placed before 2:00 pm (Monday–Thursday) are dispatched the same day from our New Plymouth roastery:

• North Island urban: 1 business day
• North Island rural & South Island: 2–3 business days
• South Island rural: 2–4 business days
• PO Boxes & Private Bags: Delivered via NZ Post standard network

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking link.
