We rest every roast for at least a week so CO2 can ease out and the flavours can balance. Immediately after, we seal the coffee in nitrogen-flushed, triple-layer high-barrier bags fitted with premium one-way valves. That pairing keeps oxygen and moisture away while venting any remaining gas, safeguarding flavour for up to 24 months. Because we source directly from organic growers and roast in small batches in New Plymouth, we manage quality from farm to cup.
