Supply Brief & Scoping
Share your volume requirements, target markets, and product specifications. We'll assess fit, discuss compliance requirements, and outline what we can deliver — with no ambiguity.
Blend Selection & Brand Specification
Choose from our established award-winning profiles, or work with our roasting team to develop a bespoke blend. Packaging specifications, artwork templates, and compliance labelling are handled at this stage.
Roast, QA & Pack
We roast to order in controlled batch sizes, cup every roast for consistency, nitrogen-flush for maximum shelf life, and pack to your specification. Full QA documentation supplied on request.

Export-ready packaging with extended shelf life for international markets. We support high-volume orders and work with distributors supplying cafés, restaurants, offices, and retail channels across multiple regions. Export documentation and compliance managed as standard.
Foodservice & Contract Catering
Consistent blends at foodservice volumes for hotel groups, contract caterers, fuel and convenience networks, and airline catering. Bulk and fractional pack formats available. Barista training resources supplied on request.
