Free Shipping on all orders over $36* in the North Island and $50* in the South Island

*Please make sure to provide a physical address as we cannot deliver to PO Box numbers.

*Only applicable when order contains at least one bag of IncaFé Roasted Organic Coffee.

*Only applicable for addresses normally serviced by NZ based national couriers.

Below the free shipping thresholds the following flat fees apply:

Urban centres in Taranaki (when local delivery selected at check-out): $5

North Island : $7

South Island : $12

The following shipping times normally apply to all orders received before 2pm (Mon-Thu):

1. North Island delivery: 1 day.

2. Rural North Island and South Island delivery: 1 – 2 days.

3. Rural South Island delivery: 2 – 3 days.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking link.
