Shipping Policy
Free Shipping on orders over $25* for the North Island and over $50* for South Island
*Please make sure to provide a physical address as we cannot deliver to PO Box numbers.
**Only applicable when order contains at least one bag of IncaFé Roasted Organic Coffee.
Shipping time
The following applies to all orders received before 2pm (Mon-Thu):
1. North Island delivery: 1 day.
2. Rural North Island and South Island delivery: 1 – 2 days.
3. Rural South Island delivery: 2 – 3 days.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking link.
