Free shipping on IncaFé coffee

We deliver across Aotearoa New Zealand to residential, commercial, and rural addresses, and to PO Boxes.

Free shipping applies automatically at checkout when the order includes IncaFé Organic Coffee:

• North Island: orders of $40 or more
• South Island: orders of $50 or more

Orders without IncaFé coffee are charged the flat rate below, even when the order total is over those amounts.

Shipping rates

Below the free-shipping amount, these flat fees apply:

• North Island, including Taranaki: $7.00
• South Island: $12.00

Delivery timeframes

Orders placed before 2:00 pm, Monday to Thursday, are dispatched the same day from our New Plymouth roastery.

• North Island urban: 1 business day
• North Island rural and South Island: 2 to 3 business days
• South Island rural: 2 to 4 business days
• PO Boxes and Private Bags: delivered on the NZ Post standard network
