Fiesta - Certified Organic Coffee from Peru and India

This coffee has some of the finest Arabica coffees from Peru (>85%). We add some Indian coffee to balance the delicate flavours and to boost the body making this a  perfect all-round espresso blend, good with milk or black. The shade-grown Peru coffee is cultivated at 1600-1900 meters above sea level in North, Central and South Peru. The shade-grown Indian coffee is cultivated in Kerala at some 1000 meters above sea level.

Roast: Medium-Dark Roast
Roaster's notes: Espresso coffee with good balance. Subtle strawberry aroma. Medium dark chocolate with cinnamon berry notes. Sweet, toast lingering aftertaste.
